first come, first reserved basis. appointment date/time are not held or secured without a 30% down payment. when agreeing to booking a time and date, your down payment must be paid within 24 hours after we send you booking info by email . booking info will contain a start time and end time initialed and approved by client. each make up requires a certain length of time to be finished and is not to exceed time limit. SERVICE LOCATION AND REQUIREMENTS location of service for the day of event will be at the discretion of the client ( transportation charge based on transport online application). there are certain requirements the MUA needs to complete the makeup: set up table/work area needs to be made, working electrical outlet must also be made available, ample lighting, and a chair or bar stool is necessary for service to be performed properly. CANCELLATIONS . if you need to reschedule your booked appointment please contact us as soon as possible, if time available we can reschedule your appointment, otherwise we will offer MUA replacement. .If you need to cancel there are no refundable down payment. EARLY CALL TIME a 50 K per hour fee will be added to the final balance for appointment schedule before 6:00 am. ALLERGIES AND SKIN CONDITIONS any skin condition and allergies are to be reported prior to make up application. in the event that an allergic reaction happens and the allergy was not reported will not be held our responsible. We reserves the right to refuse services on anyone that displays skin liaisons, eye infections, head lice or fresh cuts/bruises on their face or neck. PAYMENT the final balance is due transferable bank account 1 day before the event, or 2 weeks before only for wedding make up. cash on that day.
